We are currently only developing trainings with practitioners in our Member and Community of Practice Groups. However, we are accepting inquires from potential facilitators for the near future.

As a SPIRIT Collective facilitator, you will have the opportunity to lead trainings and continuing education experiences that support personal and professional growth within our community.

SPIRIT Collective, LLC is committed to providing cooperatively developed quality culturally responsive professional development services with mental health professionals. It is our mission to build a community of facilitators who create a knowledge base that improves the quality of care available to all clients, grounded in empirical evidence, lived experience, and values connected to cultures of African descent.

We are particularly interested in training that is responsive to the community's psychological and sociocultural needs, treatment issues, and evidence-based research. Per NYS Department of Education guidelines, our continuing education training must be at the post-graduate level, and our facilitators must have expertise in the proposed content area.

​We are currently developing trainings with practitioners in our Member and Community of Practice groups. Facilitators will lead a training session on an online platform, engaging participants through lectures, visual materials, observation, and interaction. Our trainers have expertise in the subject matter and need fast, reliable internet and a strong understanding of technology. Some trainings will be available in person. Therefore, facilitators will need to have access to the training site and effective group facilitation skills.
